We are dedicated to collaborating with organizations that perceive that there is something more than maximizing profits, that the results are a consequence and not a purpose, and that this additional is in the people, in the impact of what is produced, in the surroundings, in the environment. and that everything you give, comes back.
We do not want to show ourselves as successful in relation to showing clients that they trust us, but rather we want to share that we are real, sensitive, honest and deep, that is the most important thing we have to say, our success is given by getting organizations work with greater sensitivity, depth and awareness for autonomy, wholeness and evolutionary purpose. That is the success we want to share.

Con mas de 15 años de experiencia en consultoría como coach y consultor de Agilidad y Teal en organizaciones públicas, privadas, grandes, medianas y pequeñas en Argentina y Latam, Lautaro se recibió de Ingeniero Industrial en UTN.
Formado en el ámbito de las empresas tecnológicas de Silicon Valley, es expositor frecuente de prácticas ágiles, transformaciones, y organizaciones Teal.
Lautaro es además piloto comercial de avión, músico, nadador, triatleta y papá de Homero.
